This notice explains how we handle personal information you send us through the lochqr.com website.
Who we are
The data controller is LJDM Industrial Services Ltd, trading as LochQR, Lochcarron, Scotland. You can contact us about privacy at lochqr@outlook.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), site type and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demo or pilot. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Who processes it
The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, and enquiries are handled in our Microsoft Outlook email account. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and delete them within 12 months if no ongoing relationship follows.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email lochqr@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
